1. Introduction
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the Umusanzu Digital mobile app (the "App"). The App is owned and operated by IMENA SOFTEK LTD (the "Company").

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the App.

3. Information Collection and Use
The App collects certain information from you, including your name and phone number. The Company uses this information to provide you with the App and to improve the App. The Company may also share this information with third-party service providers like MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, UrubutoPay and Bank of Kigali who help the Company operate the App.

4. Security
The Company takes measures to protect the security of your information. The App is hosted on a secure server in Rwanda. The Company uses industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including but not limited to encryption, firewalls, and access controls.

5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your information. You can exercise these rights by contacting the Company at admin@imenasoftek.co.rw

6. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites.

7. Changes to This Agreement
The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on the App.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the App.

Additional Terms
• The App is not intended for children under the age of 18.
• The App may not be available in all countries.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason.
By using the App, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the App.
